Mould Design & Fabrication

Mould design and fabrication is an intricate work of art that lays the foundation for the entire production process. Our highly experienced team uses advanced Unigraphic CAD & CAM software, AutoCAD and Flow to create mould designs. By employing CNC milling, wire cut and EDM machinery, our team is able to deliver customized moulds of complex geometries and tight tolerances.

Plastic Injection Moulding

Our plastic injection moulding facilities house a variety of injection machines across a wide range of tonnages. We invest in the best quality machines for optimum speed, energy, efficiency and versatility. Our strong capabilities include single and double colour injection machines, insert moulding and clean room environment suited for medical products.

Painting

Our advanced spray facilities are specially designed and equipped with anti-static blow, robotic spray arm, spindle, ultra violet (UV) curing room and clean room environment. Our investment in the spray facilities have yielded high quality and consistent spray finishing and also reduced labour costs, spraying time and wastage. We also provide a wide range of secondary processes such as silk screening, tampo printing, hot stamping and laser marking to cater to different customers’ needs.

Box Build Assembly

We engage in box build assembly for our customer’s finished product. Our assembly lines are run by experienced and qualified managers who ensure maximum operational efficiency and excellence. They leverage real-time statistical process control (SPC) data to optimize workflow and troubleshoot potential bottlenecks. In addition, we leverage state-of-the-art automation machines for high-volume assembly processes. These automation machines provide significant value add to our customers via substantial cost savings and increased quality assurance.

Filter

We have designed and manufactured a wide range of filter solutions for home care and environmental products with High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) technology. From media pleating, slitting, scoring, sewing to PU potting, every manufacturing process is taken with great attention and supervision by our team of specialists. We place strong emphasis on automation which has been implemented in our lean and robust assembly lines. Our filters undergo rigorous testing such as leak testing, smoke testing and pressure testing to ensure compliance with industry standards.

PCBA

Printed Circuit Board (PCB) plays a crucial role in the implementation of function and performance of electronic products. With our related entity, we deliver advanced PCB assembly technology with proven processes and a full range of services. From prototyping to in-circuit and functional testing, our processes are certified with industry standards ISO 9001:2008 and IPC-A-610.

Logistics

Our extensive logistics and fulfilment capabilities ensure timely and efficient delivery of customers' products. We utilize smart warehousing management systems to ensure optimum flow of goods and use of storage space.
